Welcome to Dixie Pixie. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services, including your purchase of products from us. Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our site, placing an order, or engaging with any content, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Overview
Dixie Pixie is a small business specializing in handcrafted swimwear made in Philadelphia, PA. Our mission is to provide high-quality, ethically made swimwear through small-batch, sustainable production.

2. Products, Colors, & Descriptions
* All swimwear items are handmade, meaning each product may have slight variations in color, size, stitching, or pattern.
* We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will be a fully accurate representation of our products’ colors.
* We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time without notice.

3. Ordering and Payment
* All prices are listed in USD.
* We accept payment via [list payment methods: e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, etc.].
* Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full.
* By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Shipping and Delivery
* All orders are shipped from Philadelphia, PA.
* Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
* Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to postal carrier issues.
* International orders (if applicable) may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

* We accept items for return within 30 days of when the order is received by our customer.
* The item must be in brand-new condition with tags and hygiene liner attached.  If the item is not in brand-new condition, we cannot accept the return.
* If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dixiepixieswim.com with photos and your order number.
* Approved issues will be addressed via replacement, repair, or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement by emailing info@dixiepixieswim.com.  After this window, the order will be considered final.  As we do make everything to order, if we haven’t already started the order, we can still work with you either to cancel or modify.  E-mail info@dixiepixieswim.com and we will try our hardest to work with you.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including but not limited to designs, product images, branding, text, and website layout—is the intellectual property of DIxie Pixie or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:
* Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit our content without written permission.
* Use our branding, images, or product names for commercial purposes without consent.
