At Dixie Pixie we want you to love your swimsuit. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we will accept the item(s) back in new condition with tags and liners attached for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Complete the form at the bottom of this page and provide us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return and we will send you a return label via e-mail.

We are a small company and every item is made to order so please make sure the item is unworn (bottoms are tried on overtop of underwear) with hygiene liners and tags attached. If item is visibly worn and/or does not have tags and/or liners, we are sorry, but we cannot provide you with a refund.

We process all exchanges as returns, so if you want to change for another size or color of the same item, please complete the return form at the bottom of the page and follow the same process you would for a regular return. We will e-mail you your return label for the unwanted size and/or color.

At any point during the return process, feel free to purchase the correct size or color.

Once we receive your unwanted item in brand-new condition, we will contact you confirming your return as well as your refund to the original payment method, which you can expect within 5-7 business days, more or less depending on your bank's policies.
